Another source for buying and selling porn sites is Buy Sell Porn Sites. This seems like a legit source, but I have no personal experience with them. The sites are a bit less expensive than the sites sold by Adult Site Broker as they earn less revenue at between $200 and $1,500 per month. They report on having sold over 100 sites with nearly 100 clients, and that they’ve been doing this business for 3 years.
